Many house owners will find the differing climate and geology in Spain together with the twelve month growing season a challenge. That’s to say they would, if they were here all year round. Unfortunately, as we know, that’s not always the case and because of this Parasol offers gardening services to match your requirements.

Using our local contacts we can provide services such as:

• Weeding and general tidy up
• Cutting the grass
• Landscaping and design
• Planting of flowers, shrubs and trees

Pool Maintenance

Like everything else, a swimming pool needs constant care and attention all year around, particularly in the Winter months. Parasol can provide a weekly or fortnightly cleaning programme to ensure that your pool remains in prime condition for your next visit.

This includes:

• Cleaning the pool/removal of debris
• The replacement of chemicals
• Checking for leaks
• Checking for other damages
• Checking and maintaining the pump and filtration systems

Decoration and General Maintenance

Even more so than in the UK, the weather in Spain will take its toll on all properties, both new or old. Should you require it, Parasol can undertake and manage all your reparation and decoration works on your behalf.

Mail Delivery

We will gather any mail that has been delivered to your property on the Costa de Azahar and forward it to your home address every month, so you’ll never miss out on that important communication.

Gas Bottles

A fairly simple but fundamental part of home maintenance. We will replace gas bottles as required
