Parasol Cleaning Package

At Parasol we realise that for many people their property is an means of income if only simply to offset their mortgage. If so, one of the keys to success to regular bookings and customer recommendation is a clean and tidy home. Armed with that knowledge, we have put together a cleaning package that aims to realise and achieve those expectations

Frequency

• We will visit the property after each letting, or as instructed.

Inside

A full clean will be given to:

• Kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, appliances
• Bathroom surfaces and appliances
• All floors will be mopped and swept throughout
• Toilet rolls and towels will be replaced
• Bedroom linen with be changed, laundry will be taken away to be washed, ironed and returned at a later date
• All furniture and fittings will be cleaned, dusted and polished where appropriate
  

Other considerations

As the owner, you will be required to provide a of minimum two sets of bedding and towels to allow for same day changeovers and washing/ironing time.
